Job Profile :
- Define & lead HR processes of all business verticals across the company.
- Manage an employee base of 500 employees including officers and non- officers on their end-to-end employee life cycle.
- Implement HR automation and Organizational transformation projects.
- Design and implement an innovative & transparent Performance Management System.
- Replace traditional compensation practices with an equitable performance linked reward system- created variable pay.
- Drive the talent acquisition process. Improve sourcing and screening quality resulting in improved interview to selection
- Lead HR due diligence processing.
- Handling compliance for new business verticals including PF,ESI,PT,LWF,Shops and Establishment, Factory License etc.
- Ensuring employee communication, advocacy and strong governance of workforce planning in alignment with business needs.
- Planning and executing strategies to develop the culture of recognition and engagements.
- Design HR policies and programs including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Leave Policy, Internship Program,Travel Policy and Rewards & Recognition Scheme.
