Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Strategic HR Management:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive initiatives related to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Employee Relations:- Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement programs.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Training and Development:- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support employee growth and career progression.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
