HR Manager Position: Human Resources Reporting to: Business HR Head - Asia Location - Mumbai (WORLI) Client: Leading company in manufacturing, part of a very large conglomerate. Education : - MBA with 8 - 10 Year Experience in Human Resource Role Responsibilities : - Organization Structure & Manpower Planning & Recruitment. Drive end-to-end recruitment above for units. To update organization structure. - To coordinate with units to ensure that harmonious IR status is maintained at units. Coordinate with the Group ER team. - To coordinate centrally with the units for contract labor management and ensure that the units follow all statutory compliances timely and accurately. - To coordinate with Unit HR teams and BHR for review of JDs as and when required. - To coordinate centrally for PF, gratuity & superannuation-related issues. - Driving and ensuring strict adherence to the HR policy across the units, regional offices. - Coordinate with units to ensure that the statutory compliances are followed timely and accurately.
