Key Accountabilities :


- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings,. interviews, and onboarding of new hires. Ensure that the factory has a skilled and capable. workforce to meet production demands.


- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns,. grievances, and conflicts. Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect.


- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, establish performance. improvement plans when necessary, and ensure fair and consistent evaluations.


- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and provide. opportunities for skill development and career growth for factory employees.


- Factory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employment matters.


- Safety and Health: Collaborate with safety officers to implement and enforce safety programs and policies that ensure a safe working environment for all employees.


- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement,. satisfaction, and retention.


- HR Metrics: Establish key HR metrics and regularly report on HR-related data, providing insights. and recommendations for continuous improvement
