The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Recruitment process, managing Stake-holders and managing the team.

Experience: 10+ years

Requirements:
- Have around 10+ years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Have at least 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Must have experience in Building Materials, Construction, manufacturing or similar domains
- MUST HAVE the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have good experience in managing Hiring Managers and their expectations
- Have good experience in closing tough-to-fill positions
- Have good experience in establishing and managing SOPs and targets
