Purpose of the position

Why the position exists?

Responsible for managing overall human capital across the organization. Ensuring to provide competent and motivated employees which help to organization for achieving the Goals. Implementation of HR policies, practices in line with company objective resulting to achieving employees and company goals both.

Customers :Internal (All Departments) and External (Govt. Departments)

Budget (Cr):

Internal

- Day to day communication with employees

- HR Policy communication down the line

- Strategic and people issue communication

- Performance management system communication

Internal

- Issues related to Cafeteria/ Canteen

- Issues related to administration and security

- Employees welfare issue

External

- Interaction with external auditors regarding system, safety and legal Audit.

Internal

- Strategic initiative discussion

- Organization structure discussion

- Policies discussion

Education

MBA - HR/LLB is desirable

Skills

1. Person must be having proven working experience as HR Manager in Medium Scale organization

2. Good knowledge of all functions of Human Resources i.e. Recruitment, Development, Maintenance and Integration function.

3. Good knowledge of preparing and implementation of HR policy and Practices.

4. Very good listening, negotiation and problem solving skill People management skill.

5. Competence of effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of company

6. Driving CSR

7. Driving on best HR practices

8. Knowledge of various employees engagement and assessment model

Relevant Experience :

- 10-12 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures

1. HR Policy and Practices

- Develop HR strategies and policy aligned with company strategy

- Implementation of Policy across the organization.

- Review and analyze whether policies are implemented properly and people are fulfilling their expectation while achieving their Goals with company goals

- % Score of Employees satisfaction and retention.

2. Talent Acquisition

- Identify a right model of manpower for the organization and ensuring the availability of people as per that.

- Establishing the right recruitment process , basic skill set identification and on boarding of people as per SLA

- Talent Pool management

- Ensuring the JD and KRA of all employees are defined and set in place and sink with each other

- Employees retention

- No of days for hiring a person

3. Talent development

- Competency gap analysis with HOD and engineering section for identify training needs for employees and business point of view regarding any changes in technology.

- Ensuring to get complete the cycle from TNI to Training effectiveness.

- Skill evaluation score of employees after training

4. Performance Review System

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system and drive high performance

- Complete Performance review system as per time line defined

5. Administration Management

- Ensuring the smooth functioning of security, canteen, Plant housekeeping, travel management and other general issue related to employees.

- % adherence to budget

6. Grievance handling and Redressal

- Ensuring to address people grievance in proper manner and sorted out in defined time frame.

Zero % escalation to management

7. Employees satisfaction survey and engagement

- Ensuring ESS survey and action plan for improvement.

% target adherence of people engagement.

8. Audit by external customers

- Ensuring adequate preparation and getting done all system Audit, Safety Audit, SRG audit of external requirement.
