Manager - Human Resource - Luxury Retail
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a primary focus on HR Business Partnering (30%) and extensive experience in Organization Development (OD) interventions, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Change Management, and other HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving organizational effectiveness and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (30%):
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Drive HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Organization Development (OD) Interventions:
- Design and implement OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for improvement.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
Manpower Planning:
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to address current and future talent needs.
Talent Management:
- Lead talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Implement programs to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Partner with business leaders to create career development plans and succession pipelines.
Succession Planning:
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure leadership continuity.
- Identify key talent and create development plans to prepare them for future roles.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational initiatives and transformations.
- Develop communication and training plans to facilitate successful change implementation.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Participation:
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement best practices in HR processes and programs.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Policy Design & Formation, Rewards & Benefits:
- Participate in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and administer rewards and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and performance.
