Job Description:
1. Manage HR processes such as Talent Acquisition (lateral + internship), Performance Management, Employee Engagement surveys
a) Understand practice hiring needs and manage hiring accordingly through various sources (Ref + consultant + Social Media)
b) Handle PMS cycles, sensitize management and be instrumental in all qualitative feedback discussion
c) Manage talent, devise retention strategies and participate in and drive engagement initiatives.
2. Implement HR policies and processes for South India offices (Bengaluru and Chennai)
3. Be the first point of contact for all HR related matters for Bengaluru and Chennai
4. Work with central teams seamlessly on all central projects and matters
5. Work with the Leadership in the South India office to be the "Firm of Choice" to attract, retain and reward the best talent.
6. Looking to connect with candidates having experience from consulting firms, Technology industry.
