My Customer an IT SERVICES FIRM is looking to hire a HR Manager for their Bangalore office. Description - - The role involves integrating completely with the employee eco-system i.e Job definitions, Grades/Titles/Pay scales. - Defining, crafting and setting-up performance metrics. - Crafting and implementing KRAs/KPIs at all levels i.e Effectively create job descriptions and job evaluations to identify the key KRA's and KPI's across roles. - Lead implementation of HR processes (based on the HR calendar) such as: Performance Management, Salary Revision, Annual Incentive Plan. - Ensure that the relevant processes and tools are fully and effectively implemented. - PIP for non-performers, standardization and formulation of a Plan of Action when the PIP fails. - Planning Organization Structure, Skills Assessments and Learning & Development. - Develop and facilitate team building programs, in cooperation with the Learning and OD BPs; Work with the Learning and OD BPs to define learning and development programs for managerial and professional capabilities development, - Provide guidance and knowledge that cover multiple areas of human resources. - Proven expert knowledge in the areas of performance management mandatory.
