HR Manager
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with management to set up/ streamline all HR and the company's administrative processes.
- Support management in the KRA setting, performance management, and appraisal cycle.
- Manage end-to-end process for new recruitment and strategic resource planning.
- Focus on talent management initiatives including organization and talent planning, succession planning, coaching leaders, and driving organization development and change management initiatives.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
Eligibility :
- HR experience of at least 3 years is mandatory.
- Past experience in talent acquisition.
- Understanding of HR operations including document management and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
