Job Description Location IMT Manesar (Near Gurgaon) Working hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM The job holder will be responsible for: Roles & Responsibilities : - Partnering with the Functional Managers to advise, develop and implement strategies that will engage people in delivering the organization's vision, playing an active role in engaging people on sustainable business growth. - Initiating and sustaining continuous dialogue with Department Heads on Employee Engagement, Change management and issue resolution. - Leading, creating and supporting the achievement of Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding to create a Great Place to Work environment - Continuous evaluation of HR processes and workflows. - Lead process optimization efforts by leveraging usage of technology across HR function. - Lead and drive mindset change with adoption of systems, tools, and AI, to resolve employee queries and concerns Experience & Skills: - 8-12 years' experience in different HR domains with HR partnership, HR analytics and Performance Management being key - Ability to work independently, set priorities, collaborate across teams, and deliver quality product/solution/service - Ability to interface credibly with business leaders/managers - local and offshore Business acumen to tailor solutions to organization requirements - Excellent Stakeholder management, analytical and project management skills Effective in Addressing Change and Transformation - Data visualization experience for systems, tools, and data sets and with the ability to build story threads and make dashboards actionable. - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (BI, Word, Excel, Macros/VBA, Access, PowerPoint) and other digital tools - Knowledge and experience of statistical tools, establishing correlations and probabilities - Experience in supporting People initiatives (i.e., on boarding, engagement surveys, C&B, headcount etc. - Ensure compliance with legal framework, Internal HR practices and guidelines, SOX requirements, data protection and support training interventions to HRBPs where needed. - Making Management dashboards and presentations on key metrics, using available data for scenario planning and insights sharing Supporting and executing HR functional excellence - Designing, building, and automating reports that provide actionable insights by connecting relevant data sources. - Ensure job evaluation is performed according to organization principles/guidelines and processes - Ensure stakeholder management - Ensure consistency of role calibration across defined assigned area - Perform regular audits of new role evaluations within region - Conducting project debrief sessions, identifying lessons learned, and applying learning to future projects
