We are scouting for HR Manager for one of our MNC clients headquartered in Boston Massachusetts with offices across Europe and Asia. The roles is based in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Overview:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing HR in the Hyderabad and Gurgaon offices. The HR Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly. They should have a positive can-do attitude and not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to tackle a project. This position will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources, who is based in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact on all people related matters in the Hyderabad and Gurgaon offices.

- Maintain employee relations by partnering with management and being a resource for employees at every level while focusing on employee engagement, policy creation/ maintenance, and resolution of grievances.

- Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, reference/ background checks, new hire paperwork, orientation, etc.

- Manage employee benefits and payroll, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrollment, claims resolution, general employee inquiries, and invoice processing.

- Lead the annual review process by partnering with management and employees to conduct training, providing advice throughout the process and calibrate ratings and compensation with management and the Senior Director of HR.

- Manage HRIS, including reporting, employee data changes, and requests.

- Handle employee off-boarding, including exit interview, paperwork, system deactivation, final paycheck, equipment collection, etc.

- Monitor all employee time off, including vacation and sick leave.

- Maintain the employee handbook and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures.

- Participate in other team projects and company initiatives as need be.

Qualifications:

- 8-10 years- experience in Human Resources, international experience preferred.

- At least 5 years of payroll and benefits experience.

- Demonstrable expertise in HR policies and procedures.

- Understanding of HR best practices and current local regulations.

- Sound judgment, dynamic problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
