The Human Resources Manager will have a very practical role in ensuring that Company attracts, develops and retains the best talent in the market, in line with our culture code and strategies.Starting as a very hands-on HR operational role, this role will be integral in setting up local policies and procedures where applicable, partnering with the business leaders with their hiring needs, employment contracting, on-boarding and the wider employee development efforts of the business to support a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, innovation and growth.  Responsibilities  Actively collaborate with Management team to develop, execute, and evaluate: Human Resource goals, expected outcomes, and priorities in alignment with overall organization goals  Be responsible for the hiring, development, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy/program administration of the team, enabling staff to deliver best-in-class service. Influence and advise staff of all levels in HR matters  Be accountable in delivering effective, efficient, and customer-focused HR services to all employees  Develop and implement employee communication strategies, establishing regular communication channels among all stakeholders.  Manage training development and other developmental programs, evolving training initiatives to fulfill the personal, professional, and organizational needs of employees and departments. Be responsible for training staff in key aspects of Code of Conduct, Ethics and Sexual Harassment policies, etc.  Conduct workforce planning to determine human capital needs such as quantity of hires, as well as proper placement and movement of staff within the organization  Ensure closure of all open positions within the stipulated timeline  Ensure timely release of payroll to all staff, including increments and bonuses, and ensure that all compensation-related regulatory norms are rigorously followed  Be responsible for managing personnel filing systems and databases, payroll, attendance and leave records, and all other data required for statutory and labour compliance laws  Ensure that the HR budget is optimally utilized, and that expenses are within defined guidelines and norms  Be responsible for ensuring high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, and timeliness in key HR operational activities and services  Ensure HR policies and programs are 100% compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations  Contribute to improvement initiatives, improving operational efficiencies of the team. Ensure timely publishing of HR Dashboard  Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required  Requirement  At least 6 years of experience in a highly operational HR role, preferably with a Technology or Software Development company  At least 3 year of experience in Recruitment / Sourcing. Dependable and with a limited need for supervision  Excellent communication, diplomatic, and organizational skills  Strong influencing skills  The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels  An interest in career development and training within the workplace  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Comprehensive grasp of HR roles and responsibilities, and its capacity to impact corporate goals. Ability to implement HR and admin at every conceivable interface  Ability to build, develop, and implement new ideas at every level of the organization. Intelligent and self-motivated individual, willing to work hard, to achieve and exceed target goals  Experience in Payroll and HRIS is preferred  Fully competent in MS Office / Google Docs
