Manager - Human Resources - IT

Recruiting HR Manager for one the Italian based organization engaged in of the automation business for their branch office in Indore,, Madhya Pradesh for immediate recruitment .

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all internal HR processes including payroll, benefits, on boarding, exit, training

- Regularly reviewing internal policies and procedures and ensure compliance to relevant local legislation and avoid legal risks

- Take ownership of the organization staffing needs by managing 360-degree recruitment process - sourcing candidates, carrying out assessments and interviews, coordinating technical interviews, advising managers, managing relocations

- Responsible for employee relations, including being first line for all employee queries, managing internal communication plan

- Responsible for relationships with third-party providers including accountants, vendors, training providers

- Coordinating and managing internal multi-stakeholder projects

- Working with managers to plan resources and allocation for consultants

- Contributing to positive company culture and championing values of the organization
