Qualification : MBA HR / MSW
- Experience of 05 -10 years in IT Industry in Human Resource Functions
- Experience of handling HR generalist activities including talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, time-office & payroll, performance management and learning & development.
- Acts, Regulations / Certifications
- Factory regulations - Labor Laws, Factory act, PF, ESIC & Bonus Act
- Understand ISO standards and certifications
- Working Knowledge of Frameworks and Method Studies
- Understanding of IT technologies & SDLC processes
- Good Exposure to various HRMS & Applications (Tech Savvy)
- Exposure of various HR tools to handle Performance Management systems
- Should have exposure of Training Need identification, employee counselling and implementation of developmental activities
- Able to understand the practices of IT industries
- Networking Experience
- Must be a good team player
- Representing on various forums like Campuses, Job fairs and other events
- Create and leverage the Network with educational institutional, forums, agencies and related Govt. bodies
