- Managing day to day HR activities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and participating in the interview process.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
- Ensure employee benefits and compensation plans are competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Monitor and report HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
