- Performance and talent management, payroll management and the recruitment process
- Streamlining HR functions across the clinical business units including recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations, staff wellness and culture management to ensure excellence in employee experience.
- Strengthening partnerships by driving the HR agenda to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Serve as a consultant to the management on HR related issues including HR budgets, HR Board proposals, risk assessments, quality management systems, work plans, staff establishments, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance in all HR matters related to statutory and regulatory requirements
