HR Metrics and Reporting: a. Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning. b. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics for management review. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR function. b. Oversee the automation of HR tasks. 11. Leadership and Team Management: a.
