Manager - Human Resources - FMCG Startup (4-11 yrs)

Our client is a rapidly growing Series A funded startup. The company is looking to hire their HR head to report into the Founder of the company.

- Design and implement HR policies and procedure

- Design and manage the hire to retire employee life cycle- creation of JD's, identifying the right talent by leveraging on various sources, screening candidates, identifying the best fit and on-boarding the candidates

- Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.

- Build strong relationships internally to partner effectively with business and manage interactions

- Drive change through organisation design and implement the same

- Advise on employee relations issues- assisting the General Counsel to review of HR policies and processes and engaging with employees to address any concerns liaison with the payroll administrator to oversee monthly payrolls

- Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction

- Managing the day to day HR function alongside the General Counsel and spearhead HR projects

- Participate in global initiatives across the HR team and partner with business to mitigate People risk

The Successful Applicant :

- Must have at least 4-11 years of work experience in HR managing end to end HR responsibilities in a start-Up environemnt

- Must have a full time MBA

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to spearhead initiatives and ensure effective implementation

- A high achiever with excellent attention to detail and high integrity
