HR manager( Female) :

Location: Surat

Qualification: MBA HR with relevant work experience of 7-12 years

Job Profile :

- Responsible for overall strategy formulation & management of HR & Facilities.

- Responsible for overall direction/consultation and and overall Manpower planning.

- Managing the Recruitment & selection needs of Organisation, compensation & benefits, employees services and development.

- Coordinate between Business Groups assigned & Human Resource Department.

- Employee Relations: Employee grievance handling solutions to concerns and issues. Formulating and implementing HR policies and modifying existing ones in conjunction with the Industry best practices.

- Salary Preparation: Maintaining all records from Appointment letter to FNF Settlement.

Preparation of salary. Managing the bank transfer arrangements. Familiar in filing the Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual returns of Company's service tax.

- Induction & Orientation: Ensuring smooth functioning of Joining Formalities, Induction & Orientation. Ensure smooth on-boarding/joining of candidates.

- Training and Development (T&D): Training Need Identification for New Joinees, behavioral knowledge. Preparing the Annual and monthly calendar and continuously improving the training process by collecting regular feedbacks and generating reports.

- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards and performance appraisals

- Planning and implementing policies related employee engagement

- Ensuring that all statutory compliances related to factories act and labour laws are completed.

- Create, mentor and lead an effective team.

- Establish personal trust and credibility with stakeholders (Associates / Managers / Agencies etc.)

- Assist the leadership to develop and implement scalable and innovative HR solutions, driving employee and manager accountability, and providing a workplace that is free from all forms of discrimination.

- Provide training & coaching to Managers on HR issues

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients

- Teamwork and collaboration

- Results orientation

- Strong sense of ownership

- Decisiveness, Networking and inter-personal skills.

- Ability to work with senior management.
