Manager - Human Resources - FMCG Group

Our Client, a Leading FMCG group is looking out for a HR Manager for it plant based near Pune.

We are looking at Female candidates, preferably for this role who are qualified in MBA - HR (Full time) or MSW or MPM with strong experience in HR processes, legal compliance, and labour preferably in a manufacturing set up or related industry.

Skills:

- Proven technical expertise in human resources practices and procedures, employment law, and labour law (federal and state)

- Compensation and benefits administration, including preparing and maintaining budgets

- Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations in an engaging manner

- Leadership (setting pace, decisiveness, change management, team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness)

- People development (assessment of others, feedback/coaching, delegation, motivating others, performance. Mgmt., communicating expectations)

- Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, interpersonal insight, conflict resolution)

- Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)

- Judgment and thinking (strategic thinking, original thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving, awareness)

- Well-developed analytical and business acumen skills

- Ability to evaluate financial impact of various HR & labour practices

- Ability to navigate Microsoft office and other internal software systems like Oracle ERP / Oracle HRMS.
