About Client : The FMCG and beverages industry, is known for its commitment to quality and excellence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational objectives.
HR Operations :
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, resolving issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters when necessary.
Data Management:
- Manage HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance in all HR activities.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the FMCG or beverages industry.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
