We are looking to hire a Professional to Head the HR department. The roles and responsibilities will include managing the entire HR Strategy. He/ She will work as Strategic partner to drive people strategy and drive the business outcomes
- Forecasting and planning talent requirements as per business requirement. Collaborate with key stakeholders and lead all TA initiatives.
- Define Talent Acquisition Strategies & hiring plans.
- Build a performance driven culture by streamlining the performance management process.
- Strengthen the Talent Management process within the company focusing on quality of talent
- Periodically review business challenges and re- structure for consistency with company's strategy and efficacy of outputs.
- Develop retention strategies that create a pipeline of talent for succession.
- Develop a comprehensive leadership capability building plan focusing a robust approach and effectiveness.
