Responsibilities:
- Talent management: Resourcing of key talent for the function
- Building a strong work culture that reflects company Values and around Values across the functions.
- Anchoring HR & OD processes of performance management (MBR), engagement and culture survey, people development (PDP/PADP)
- Organization development initiatives/interventions like Employee Engagement, competency building and Team building
- HR Policy creation & administration: Will be responsible for ensuring contemporariness and also driving policy implementation
- Overall the role is a well-rounded generalist role providing avenues to the incumbent to learn the challenges of Line HR will also proving an opportunity to create and drive an OD agenda
- In a nutshell the role Partners key stakeholders to deliver HR solutions to the Business
