- We are in search of a suitable candidate for the position of Manager HRBP for our client, a world-renowned FMCG MNC, having multiple plants in India.

- The position will be located at Near to HYDERABAD.

- MBA (Full Time), with minimum 10 years experience in managing a medium to large size manufacturing unit. Strong man management skills and leadership quality is essential for this position.

1. HR strategies as per the need of the unit.

2. Diversity management at workplace

3. Advance short term/ long term HR Planning.

4. Union handling

5. Wage settlement.

6. Recruitment and Selection

7 T&D of unit and individual.

8. Performance appraisal.

9. Employee engagement.

10. Workplace harmony, Grievance handling.

11. Fluency in local language (TELUGU)
