Manager - Human Resources - Flexi Resources Acquisition - Auto/Industrial/Manufacturing

The department is responsible for setting up systems & processes to ensure end to end recruitment, selection & on-boarding of flexible manpower and quality of hire. Around 16000+ candidates are recruited from pan India every year for its plant locations at Gurugram & Manesar. Flexi manpower includes Fixed Term Employment, Contractual Manpower, Apprentices Engagement, and Company Trainees (Regular).

Professional Work Experience & Skills Requirement - 

- Proven work experience in hiring of flexible/blue collar workmen on a large scale basis

- Hands on experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, & evaluation techniques

- Experienced in design & implementation of Human Resources Mangement Systems (HRMS)

- Prior experience of handling/interfacing with union

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead the team of young professionals

- Knowledge of statutory compliances (Contract Labour Management)
