HR Manager
Job summary:
Looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional to lead the HR function of our client's
fabric manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including
talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement
HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the
recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Develop innovative
recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the textiles manufacturing industry.
- Manage
employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and
grievance handling. Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication between management and employees.
- Implement
performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development. Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Identify and introduce
training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with
labor laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices,
health and safety, and labor relations.- Oversee HR administrative functions, including
payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance
employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
- Organize employee events,
recognition programs, and other activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare regular HR reports to track
key metrics such as
turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:- MBA/MHRM with minimum of
10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the fabric manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
