Looking for Lead HR Employee Relations for BPO Client in Hinjewadi Pune,

Job Description :

1. Creating awareness amongst employees on discipline management

2. Handle GRB (Grievance Redressal Board) cases,

3. Create Awareness amongst employees on ASHI (Anti Sexual Harassment Initiative),

4. Manage Discipline cases leading to termination and ILMS (Information Loss Monitoring System) cases

5. Maintain reports on the cases received and ensure end to end closure of cases

6. Investigate employee-Management concerns along with ER Manager to enable resolutions to employee issues including Whistleblower cases

7. Connect with External Members on cases, scehduling meetings with them

8. Manage Legal cases in partnership with Legal Team and managing the disputes at Labour Office/court

9. Organizing employee engagement programs in the DC to make it a great place
