Position : Manager - Human Resources

Reporting to : Administratively - Unit Head{Functionally - DGM - HR (corporate)}
Educational :
Qualification :
- Candidates must be MBA-HR Or MSW (2 yrs full time course) from reputed institute.
- Diploma in Labour Law/ Law graduation is an added advantage.
Note : Candidate's native of the respective state is desirable.
Experience :
- With around 8 to 12 years experience in HR Department of which, minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Managerial category preferably in a manufacturing Company at Plant level.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Entire Gamut of HR & IR Functions (500 Members - Manufacturing team).
- Establish and implement strong People Operations processes - Attendance, leave, Salary/wage administration, incentive plans on the shopfloor, Initiatives to promote team work, Quality, safety, and enhance productivity.
- Ensuring effective contractual management system.
- Statutory compliances of various labour legislation and Take care of all Factory Related statutory Compliances.
- Good exposure to recruitment, Selection, Compensation.
- Welfare and General Administration and Industrial Relations.
- Performance Appraisal, KPI, KRA
- Ensure strong Employee Relations by creating various communication forums for employees (Small group meetings; Kaizen team, QC Circles), Welfare and Engagement of employees.
- Capability Building (Training & developmental activities of staff & workers) & Culture
- Building initiatives for all levels including Supervisors and Managers.
- Maintaining the Job/Role Definitions for all roles and skill inventory for all employees.
- Prepare personnel forecast and follow budgets for personnel operations
- Maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organisation
- Handling workers welfare, Grievances if any,
- Has to work closely with the Manufacturing team and help to establish good manufacturing, QMS, EMS, TPM System in the plant.
- Contract with vendors to provide required contractual manpower, employee services, such as food service, transportation, Guest House and ensuring effective contractual management system in the organization.
