Our Client is India's largest electronic asset management company. They promote the reuse and recycling of end-of-life electronic products, batteries, and any other related material. Their purpose is to recycle and reuse all types of electronic waste sustainably and responsibly for a better environmental impact. The company is a pioneer in the field and has 30 patents to its name.
Through state-of-the-art recycling plants, they aims to recover reusable resources such as rare earth metals, precious and semi-precious metals, base metals, critical metals and other constituents of such equipment like plastic, glass using clean technologies and minimizing its carbon footprint. Through the Clean e-India initiative, They strive to reach every person for increased awareness of the ill effects of e-waste and lithium batteries and induce them to recycle. With the Corporate office at Delhi NCR, it has collection centres for raw materials at multiple locations with recycling facilities at Roorkee (Uttarakhand).
Please Note : Our Client is a 6 day working Company. And currently it's a work from office mode.
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle
Compensation & Benefits :
- Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, Gratuity, bonus etc.
HR Administration :
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the Employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ Attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
HR Management :
- Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
- Dispute settlements according to labour law, Factory rules & compliance Guidelines.
Educational Requirements : MBA in Human Resources from reputed institutions or Universities
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in a HR role
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
Additional Job Requirements :
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
