Looking for driven and experienced Human Resource Managers to lead the in-house HR team in executing the entire gamut of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, appraisals, etc for all employees.
Responsibilities:
1. Establishing standards for HR functions like Talent Acquisition and recruitment of candidates.
2. Managing employee induction programs and coordinating training activities.
3. Planning and executing HR Initiatives
4. Managing performance appraisal, rewards, and recognition systems.
5. Executing employee connect programs
6. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievance
7. Maintain employee database and generate reports as and when required
8. Handling Exit process and analysis
9. Accommodate other HR Activities as and when required/ any other jobs related to HR, assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
1. Excellent written/oral communication skills in English, Computer Savvy
2. 5 - 8 Years experience in Middle-Level Management and above.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and team / People Leadership skills to manage HR Functions for over 500 Personnel
4. MBA with Consistent Academic Performance with an average grade 6 CGPA (Full-time regular course from a recognized Institution)
5. Good Problem-solving / Analytic skills
6. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients/vendors.
7. Wholehearted ownership and long-term commitment
