The HR - Manager will be responsible to work in tandem with business he/she will have to take care of HR functions of the Corporate HR team along with supporting business heads partnering with them, ranging from implementation of strategies and helping attainment of business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are integrated into the company's culture and understand their roles and responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify areas for improvement in the company's retention strategies

- Participate in employee training and development initiatives, such as leadership programs and skills training

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

- 3+ to 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or related position

- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Skills :

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
