We are hiring for the role of an HR Manager for our client company, which is a conglomerate in the Consultancy industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace.

- HR Policies: Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and facilitate programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by guiding goal-setting, providing feedback, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health plans, leaves, and other perks, ensuring employee well-being.

- Employee Engagement: Organize activities, surveys, and initiatives to boost employee morale, teamwork, and overall job satisfaction.

- Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on labor laws, maintain accurate records, and ensure company-wide compliance.

- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and improvements.

- Conflict Resolution: Mediate employee conflicts and provide constructive solutions to maintain a positive work atmosphere.

- Documentation: Maintain precise records of employee information, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications:-

- Degree from a reputed organization in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other field.

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in human resources roles, showcasing a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
