My client is one of the largest FMCG organisation across the globe. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are currently looking at recruiting for HR Manager/HR Business Partner/HR Senior Manager for their Commercial function in India.
Your responsibilities Would include the following:
- HR Business partner for Sales North/Sales East/Sales South/Sales West
- Responsible for employee life cycle management from hiring to separation
- Partnering with sales leadership to create manpower plan utilizing Sales KPIs (business & leading indicators)
- Creating futuristic talent pipeline for division in line with business expectation & at state level
- Ensuring process compliance and lead division level legal compliance
- Creating succession planning template to identify future roles for incumbents in line with member potential & employee cost
- Driving culture survey participation and planned follow-up action planning
- Analyzing sales incentive trends and identified low incentive achievement areas.
- Driving higher achievement through functional capability building
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years of experience working as HRBP for Corporate/Plant set up with a full time MBA only from Top Tier college. Furthermore, you should come with excellent interpersonal skills & driving skills
