HR Manager
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including end-to-end responsibilities, preferably in chemical/Fmcd/Fmcg manufacturing environment
- Ensuring Manning across regions is maintained at the approved levels
- Overseeing the entire employee life cycle for the region
- Conducting branch visits and ensuring employees connect with the HR Team
- Stakeholder managers across verticals with regards to manning and employees.
- Maintain frequent connections with Business Leads to discuss people-related business requirements and build rapport. Address queries and concerns of stakeholders
- Track and ensure that the MIS and trackers related to recruitment, employee referrals, branch visits, transfers, exit and onboarding surveys etc are maintained and regularly updated.
- Identify areas of strength and development. Coach and mentor on an ongoing basis for capability building and recommend career movements for growth
