1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process and onboard candidates in line with the agreed SLA
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees and nurture a positive working environment
5. Create and facilitate processes that specifically coach managers on people skills
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program to retain high potential and critical resources
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Desired Profile :
a. Experience: 10 to 12 years in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management in the BPO sector
b. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
c. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
d. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
e. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
f. Education: MBA in Human Resources
