Manager - Human Resources - BFSI - IIM/MDI/TISS/XLRI

Will act as a regional HR spoc for couple of business's of the bank.

- Manage recruitment's, employee engagement, performance review management, career progression discussions, employee issues and grievances.

- He/She will be responsible for optimization of cost, maintain timelines for hiring new resources, conduct recruitment drives in regions.

MBA HR from institutes like SIBM, SCMHRD, XISS, XLRI, MDI, IMT, TISS and similar ranks from batch 2011/12 preferred.
