Position Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled end to end Human Resources (HR) professional.
- He/she will be responsible for leading and directing all HR-related activities within the organization.
- This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure effective management and development of human talent.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to nurture and retain key personnel.
- Establish performance management systems, including KPIs.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and assist in goal-setting activities.
- Develop individual KRAs and lead performance management, facilitate annual appraisals and reviews.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Lead engagement surveys and evaluate feedback to check the pulse of the organisation.
- Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance with HR practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize relevant programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage monthly payroll process, reimbursements and calculations.
- Operational ownership of the HR function for the firm.
- Ensure appropriate controls, checks and systems are in place for smooth functioning of the vertical.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
Qualification & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is typically required.
- Master's degree or MBA with a specialization in Human Resources is highly preferred.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or similar, with a specialization in Human Resources.
Experience:
- Extensive experience in human resources, typically within 6 to 9 years, with a significant portion.
- Exposure in the BFSI / NBFC / IB / VC space is preferred.
- Proven track record in developing, and implementing HR strategies/initiatives aligned with business objectives for SME/entrepreneurial organizations.
Skills:

- Proven success and extensive experience in HR generalist roles, spanning various HR functions.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Deep understanding of people management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder/project management skills.
