Roles and Responsiilities:
- Manpower Planning in consultation with MD
- Selection process
- On-boarding Formalities & Induction
- Drafting of KRA's
- Maintenance of Personnel Files
- Manage & work with Recruitment Vendors
- Creating salary and other benefits structures in consultation with MD
- Ensure timely processing of salaries & reimbursements
- Ensure adherence to HR & Operational Policies and Processes
- Adherence to applicable Labour Laws
- Employee Engagement Activities
- New empanelment & compliances linked with
- Performance Appraisal
- Understand training needs and set up specific training modules
- Attending & arranging to resolve employee queries and grievances
- Managing the HRMS system
- Other HR activities in sync with business requirements.
SKILLS:
- Good understanding of HR function including the key areas
- Good understanding of the Admin function including the key areas
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, solution finding
- High degree of independency without extensive support or supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in IT systems, MS Excel, Power point and MS office skills
- Team player, dynamic, high energy and people centricity
EDUCATION: MBA/PGDBM/PGD HRM
