Skills:

Key Accountabilities:
Managing Talent Acquisition:
- Sourcing relevant Resumes through various sources, consultants, LinkedIn, employee referrals.
- Coordinating Interview process with various stakeholder, background verification and references, managing candidate relationship until joining.
- Maintain/Manage MIS and industry mapping for all future and current requirements.
- Managing the onboarding process, joining formalities, induction and training of new joinees.
HR Operations:
- Responsible for administering timely payroll processing through outsource vendor
- Responsible for managing all monthly, quarterly and annual payroll and shops compliances and ensuring no deviation
- Managing all internal/external payroll and compliance audits
Employee Engagements:
- Drive engagement and retention through various engagement solutions
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities on regular basis
- Handling issues, employee grievances and resolving issues related to HRIS, payroll in a timely manner
- Managing recognition plans
- Organizing, administering all employee wellness programs
Talent Development and L&D
HRIS and Data
- Custodian of all employee files and records
- Managing data,
- Assist HR Head in all HR programs and interventions
