Required :
- Relevant 10-12 years of experience in HR Business Partner, COE roles. Must have lead a team in last 2-3 years.
- Strategic orientation and business acumen. Experience in translating business priorities into people interventions.
- Experience in influencing in a matrix structure
- Result Orientation and ability to execute
- Experiences in Industrial relations and HR areas
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate business strategies into people interventions by working closely with businesses to spot, design and execute people interventions with specific business linked outcomes.
- Ensure the right organization structure in line with business priorities and goals to build accountability and deliver results.
- Identify critical competency development areas and design (or co-design) interventions with COE team to ensure development and improve performance.
- Ensure effective deployment of end to end People Processes from critical Staffing needs, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition to Succession Management.
- Succession planning for critical positions. Talent Review Dialogue for the Business Unit and identify Development Areas for building a Leadership Pipeline.
- Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives and deploy corrective / developmental actions to have a positive impact on engagement
- Develop leadership capability through coaching and mentoring & enabling Supervisors to be effective People Managers
- Drive key Change initiatives in the factory to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement.
- Engage with the Works Council from time to time to drive change, bring alignment as resolve conflicts.
- Ensure legal compliance of all Employee and Labour related laws for the site
- Drive local CSR initiatives in synergy with corporate CSR
- Create Proactive Employee relations strategy and deploy it in the factory together with Line managers.
- Ensure employees get top class administrative services (canteen, transportation, etc) on site
- Manage the HR costs and budget with productivity.
