Requirements:
- Should have 6+ yrs experience in RE, Interiors, Architecture
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process - sourcing, interview, selection, and closing process.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline.
- Application Management- screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Stakeholder management- Partner with the stakeholders & collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth closures.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
