HR Manager

We have an urgent opening with a leading Alcobev company.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :

The Business Partner HR will help the company manage high growth. This position will work closely with the business stakeholders across the organization. Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions. This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives for the employees in central functions. The candidate will be based out of the Delhi Office

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Drive Talent Acquisition for central functions :

- Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, job intake, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interviews, offer process and onboarding for acquiring talent for manufacturing department.

- Develop deep understanding of organizational structure, processes and ideal candidate profile to lead hiring efforts and pipeline development. Provide input to hiring managers based on this knowledge to create and drive targeted sourcing strategies.

- Adhere to the Recruiting and Relocation Budgets.

Facilitate Talent Mapping and Talent Pipeline :

- Proactive engagement with the relevant external talent pool to create talent pipeline.

- Proactive talent mapping to understand the construct of external talent on role mix, compensation levels etc. And keep the TA team abreast of critical market developments.

Employee Engagement :

- Working closely with business managers, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices. Ensure effective cascading of HR policies and practices across the central departments

- Co-create and Implement the Engagement Initiatives for employees, for eg- Rewards & Recognition, happy hours, monthly birthday celebrations

- Coordinate the performance management process and ensuring timely closure of goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews. Participating in the review discussions

- Communicate and reinforce the value proposition & culture through innovative HR initiatives. Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis

- Manage the entire lifecycle of the employee from "Onboarding till exit" along with the HRIS platform for the designated employees

- Ensuring 100% compliance with the HR policies

- Respond to local employee queries and concerns in a timely Manner. Educate employees regarding local benefits such as leave policies, social benefits etc

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Support in Organization health surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions

- Manage, contribute and partner with colleagues on local and/or global projects and strategic initiatives, as required

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET :

- MBA/PG in HR, with around 4 years - experience in the Human Resource function

- Should have generalist HR experience in MNC organizations (With a good exposure to international business practices)

- The candidate should possess good communication skills, both, written and oral and should be proficient in making business presentations.

- Ability to connect with wide variety of stakeholders and agility in a dynamic environment

- You have ability to create high quality HR processes & SOPs and lead the team to adhere to those standards.

- Sense of humor and quirkiness is appreciated

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail;
