Job Description:

- Recruitment & selection of Constriction force. Job Posting on Job Portal (Naukri.com).

- Negotiations of salary with candidates & select as per the budget.

- Induction Training to newly joined employees.

- Complete handling of HR operations for field staff.

- Preparing various Monthly MIS.

- Handling grievances of field staff.

- Disciplinary Action letters

- Sending Monthly Salary inputs attendance data to payroll for salary processing of Field Staff.

- Attending & resolving queries arising from various regions relating to Salary, Settlement, PF withdrawal & transfers.

- Handling Exit formalities and sending clearances to payroll for final processing.

- Preparing Monthly Mediclaim data for New Joined employees

- Site Visit

- HR Policy Framing & Implementation
