- Build Leadership Pool
- Drive engagement / Leadership Touch Points for Top Talent
- Preparing a robust Development Plan for the identified Talent pool
- Facilitating - Mentoring sessions / Coaching sessions
- Facilitating for 360 degree feedback survey, helping the employee and manager with the interpretation of the report and help them preparing an action plan
