Manager - Human Resources

- The HR Manager will develop, direct, and oversee the global HR plans in ways that support the mission and overall strategy.

-The ideal candidate will bring with him/her relevant experience working for a large global company as an HR manager.

- Supervise and daily manage a team of recruiters.

- Managing recruitment processes in a fast growing and target oriented environment.

- Workforce planning and, talent acquisition.

- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.

- Identifies training needs and monitoring of training programs.

- Manages benefits, compensation, and recognition plans.

- Track record of meeting and exceeding team and individual recruitment targets.

- Experience working as an HR manager in a global organization ( handling international locations)
