Looking for an HR Leader who is capable of driving this momentum with high quality and quick recruitment and capability to create a great employer brand. This means benchmarking our HR practices, finding innovative ways to hire and retain talent at a reasonable cost, to be number-driven and examine all HR decisions from the lens of cost and value addition, whether it is the cost of people, cost of benefits or cost of the software. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR leader who comes with valuable experience in larger ITES companies and can bring those best practices to our organisation.

We expect our HR leader to be observant and proactive in finding opportunities for improving, for making data-driven decisions. They should be a true business partner and talk to our clients and align our people strategy to our customer expectations.

Without doubt, our HR leader has to be mature and decisive in the face of difficult and unexpected situations and should be adept at balancing needs of our people, our business and our customers. They should have excellent communication skills and an empathetic and tactful approach so that they can easily connect with employees and bring out the best in them.

Primary Responsibility :

- Talent Acquisition and on-boarding

- Training and Competency development

- Performance Management

- Policy development and compliance

- Compensation and benefits

Documentation & Reports :

- Significant experience in managing employee relations, performance management, talent assessment, succession planning and leadership development

- Very good track record of recruiting in large numbers within short deadlines

- Supervisory or team management experience required

- Experience in writing policies and procedures

- Demonstrated analytical, communications and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated acumen in project management, leading in a collaborative nature, managing multiple priorities and strategic thinking needed

- Benchmarking compensation and best practices in the industry

- Experience dealing with the Labour department and Labour consultants to ensure compliance

Competency / Skills :

- Well versed in using HRMIS systems such as SuccessFactors.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent social media recruitment skills

- Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliances

- Good negotiation skills and work within budgetary constraints

- Designing recruitment tests and retention practices to hire and retain the best talent

- Being outcome driven and well versed with driving outcomes demonstrated through reports

- Good internet research skills to collate data eg: benchmark salaries and other best practices

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially high competence in Excel

- Excellent in interpreting, analysing and presenting data for business insights

- Ability to understand the business requirements of delivery teams

- Project Management and Change Management Skills

- Presentation and training skills.
