Job description :

- This position is responsible to drive HR in the assigned cluster/ region

- Talent Acquisition & being part of all TA approvals.

- Talent Management/ Succession Planning

- Bottom restructuring/ PIP Closures

- Partnering with business heads on relocation/ transfer decisions

- Driving PMS/ Calibrations for the Region

- Lead Promotion & Salary Increment Calibrations with all Business Heads

- Develop and organize Communication Forums/ Attend Biz Meets/ Add value from HR standpoint

- Drive/ Support in all Employee Engagement Initiatives in the cluster/ region

- Training Coordination, driving certifications and deliver HO/ HQ driven programs

- Induction- Manage new joinee experience in the cluster

- Conduct Exit Interviews / Analysis

- Sales Analysis, MIS & Reports, Productivity & Incentive Analysis

-Coordinate Reward & Recognition nominations

- Responsible for HR Operations in respective cluster/ region

- Support in General Admin/ Vendor Management activities
