We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can chart out the next phase of processes and systems in the company. - You will get the chance to bring your capabilities across Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Tracking and help our team chart out their growth trajectory. - We wish to empower our HR to work alongside the business, giving their inputs to help us plan our teams and grow the business. Recruitment : - Sourcing, Screening &amp; Shortlisting profiles for key Tech roles through various job portals, databases and internal referrals - Conducting 1st round of face-to-face interviews and shortlisting relevant profiles for technical teams - Rolling out offers, negotiating details and looking at effective onboarding of talent Employee Engagement &amp; Culture : - Aligning teams to stay motivated, keeping up employee morale through effective engagement activities on a monthly basis - Strategising HR policies that align hires to client success and better business outcomes - Educating and training hires right from induction to performance improvement plans recommended by the teams Employee Management (HR Operations) : - Managing payroll by interacting with teams, bringing in relevant software and systems in place - Being an active part of the employee lifecycle - induction, reviews, appraisals and other initiatives - Managing leave requests, salaries, attendance, orientation to benefits programs, etc. Job Requirements : - 2-4 years experience in Recruiting, either at a Recruitment Agency or with a Startup/Corporate - Experience in tech hiring is highly desirable, prior experience in people management - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Deep knowledge about various job portals and testing platforms - Pleasing personality, being open to learning and empathy are highly desirable - Ability to set up processes to track and measure employee morale and performance
