Our Client is an online peer-to-peer trust and identity management service through which you can create an authenticated profile. You can share your profile with people you interact with everyday: friends, colleagues, employers, landlords, or even that cutie from your local cafe. Your profile will help establish your credibility and trustworthiness up front.

Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Recruiting planning and execution across technical, managerial as well as operational roles.

- Setting up end to end HR related systems and processes across, recruitment, training, appraisal, employee development etc.

- Contribute to the strategic direction and formulation of corporate-wide HR policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.

- Direct, coordinate, and advise HR related activities.

- Develop, manage and monitor effective training for the team.

- Ensure that current and future business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of HR strategies or plans and that all projects and deliverables are aligned with strategic enterprise objectives.

- Foster and maintain strong internal relationships with key business leaders.

- Prioritize projects and activities and appropriately delegate and allocate work among staff members.

Essential Experience:

- 5 - 10 Years of experience in running and managing the HR Function.

- Experience in all the major functions of HR

- Must have experience in hiring both technical and operational Staff.

Personal Style Enablers:

- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills and high professional standards

- Diligence in following through Operational Parameters

- Innovative and able to foresee market conditions.

- Build and sustain relationships with key people in the organization.

Qualification:

- MBA from top tier B school

- Prior start up experience is a huge plus.

- Must have worked across all HR functions and is a generalist.
